1st ver vs 2nd ver (e3-1230)

whats the difference? because the 1st ver costs around 115$ and the 2nd ver costs 160$ and its just 100mhz faster, supports 1600mhz ram, less tdw (69w vs 80w) and has 22nm instead of 32nm... so i dont think that its worth getting the 2nd gen for 50$ more no?
