E3-1231v3 xeon

Just got a Xeon and currently have a deepcool gamerstorm captain 120. Is this liquid aio sufficient or should I upgrade?

Do a stress test with some benchmarking programs, like AIDA, and see what the temps are, if they stay under 80-85*C under 100% load you're fine
