What you should be looking at is the "Memory" tab.
For DDR3-1333 MHz, it should be showing up as ~667 MHz.
DDR = Double Data Rate.
The effective frequency is 1333 MHz.
The actual frequency is ~666.66 MHz.
The RAM operates on both the rising-edge and failing-edge of a clock cycle.
