Questions about Fan Extension Hub

So i'm looking at the Deepcool Fan Extension Cable(http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIA6J32WP1382) as my motherboard, Asus B150M Plus, only has two 4-pin headers and i need more fans.

What will happen when i put three 3-pin fans into this hub(hub is then attached to to motherboard)? Obviously they're not PWN fans so will voltage control will take affect, will this wreck the motherboard, can I control the fans speeds and happens adding a 4-pin fan into the mix?

Those will work with 3 pin fans as long as you setup the header as DC voltage control.
