High GPU Voltage

After trying several trouble shooting problems, one of the member here in the forums noted that my GPU's core voltage is way too high. I did a clean Windows 7 installation and reinstalled all the drivers. I'm still getting unstable Memory and Core clocks while gaming and a terrible FPS drop. Is it caused because the core voltage is running too high?

How can I lower the core voltage of the GPU?

I am pretty sure that is just a glitch and the RX 480s don't really overclock the best. You can certainly do it but nothing extreme

Just keeping this here as a Either that, or that particular card reports voltages differently from most for some reason.

Also, just try HWMonitor, it seems more up to date. Yes it's probably not open source, but it's probably more helpful.

Yeah that is definitely not right. It's gotta be a bug. If you're GPU was actually over 9000 volts you'd either be running for your life's because of an explosion and/or fire or your 480 would be dead.
