what do everyone think of this PSU? you think i can use this to OC my i5-6600k?

i5-6600k

CM hyper 212 evo

asus z170 AR

gtx 970

16gb RAM

Dont follow too much those tier list. just go strait to reputable psu reviewers like jonnyguru ( this guys know too much). guru3d and overclock. those guys have the proper testing equiment to review the psu units. and say if those psu units are good or bad.
