Similar small form factor case?

Is there a similar case to the streacom db4 but cheaper? I don't really care about the fanless design but that's a plus.

No... a lot of the cost went into that design. Unless you want just a small case.

If you want an inexpensive itx case that can house most standard sized hardware, give the Fractal Core 500 a try.
