yeah mobo only. The gpu and cpu won't effect it.

If I change a component of my pc do I have to reinstall windows onto my computer again cause since isnt it already installed into my drives?

It depends on the component. For a motherboard usually you have to call Microsoft and have it reactivated for that board. For things like GPU, PSU, RAM, or even CPU you'll usually have not trouble at all as long as you get the drivers updated.

If you bought the an OEM Windows Key then you'll need to re-activate it. But otherwise it's fine.

Unless you change your motherboard, no, as you may have issues with the windows key if you change your motherboard (which is less likely if you have a digital license) and you still don't need to physically reinstall it.

You will need to buy a new Windows Product Key if you replace the mobo. You can replace every part in a PC and not have any problems until you replace the mobo.

This is incorrect. Stop spreading false information.

You will need to re-activate Windows using the same key. If it doesn't work then Microsoft can clear the key and it'll work.

If it was from Kinguin or something like that, then you will need to re-activate Windows.

My bad, that's just my experience with it. I did the same thing with a custom-built PC and they told me to call the manufacturer, of which I was the manufacturer.
