When I start my computer, it seems to start as if I put into hibernation; loading all my tasks I turned it off with.

I am not putting my computer into hibernate, I am shutting it down. After I do that, I even unplug the computer. It seems that my memory is still transferring onto my hard drive.

Any idea why this is happening and how to fix it?

Thanks.

Specifically which applications are starting automatically when you boot it?

Also what OS are you using?
