i3 3220 for R7 370?

I just got my hands on a R7 370 and I need a processor and motherboard to go along with it, but this is only a project build so i am trying to spend

the least amount of money as possible. I can pick up a i3 3220, motherboard, and 4gb of ram for $30. Would that cpu work well with the 370 or would it be a big bottleneck?

Ignore the above, 4gb will be fine for a while and you can upgrade later if needed.
