Make a mini tornado using PC fans?

Just curious, can you actually make a mini tornado using fans?

how to do it?

how many fans does it take?

No idea on the specifics. You'd probably need some sort of medium to even tell if your tornado exists at all, and positioning would be a pain. That said, the slomo guys managed to do it with bigger fans and a fire:

Technically speaking: any 'whirlpool' of air is a tornado and scans spin air AFAIK, sooooo.
