2nd graphics card not detected

Go to solution Solved by SeeFights,

Fixed it, turns out that you have to take the SLI bridge out. LOL

So I have two 960's and for this problem we are going to name them 'Card 1' and 'Card 2'. When Card 1 is in by itself, it works. When Card 2 is in by itself, it works. Swapping PCIe Slots, doesn't seem to fix the problem. Its only when i have both cards plugged in and powered one of the two cards says in the device manager "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)". I have had this problem before and fixed but when ever I do what I did last time, it doesn't work. I have uninstalled the drivers, reinstalled them several times. I have told Device Manager to force an installation of the drivers and it just says that they currently have the best drivers installed and its starting to piss me off.
