Can anyone suggest a CPU to achieve the following performance:
Dota 2 120fps at 1080p, low settings
CSGO 300+fps at 1024x768
Btw I'm on a tight budget.

right, as long as you dont want to stream at the same time an i3 would be fine for those games. You could also get an fx processor. The money you safe is what you should put towards your graphics card

do you plan on playing on that poor resolution for a while? even smartphone push more pixels than that man =[

 

At that resolution i imagine any old i3 with an igpu should be fine

or consider an AMD APU with fast ram

the hitboxes are larger in 4:3, I can aim better...

Why do people even need 300fps if your monitor is max 180Hz.

When I get more fps than my monitor refresh rate, picture look like crap.

Csgo has much input lag compared to othet games, sometimes 60 fps also like slide show

It is complicated but it's something about response times iirc..(Theres a video on it some where explaining it very well)

icri because I can stream 720p60FPS while playing Rocket League at 100FPS minimum
