Can not locate HTC Vive USB drivers

My only suggestion at this point is to e-mail Steam by sending them your System Report and what you've done to troubleshoot.

You have a few errors in the Report, but if you connected before it shouldn't be giving you issues. For example the base stations being undetected may be fixed by disconnecting them and removing them from SteamVR.

yea im going to do that and if what ever they say doesn't work I will send it back since I got it on amazon prim and order a new one and hope that it was a problem with the headset and link box not the computer

yea I tried disconcerting them but it wont let me remove them

 

 

its sort of like when I try to reboot their head set it will say "Error head set reboot failed"

its like a pairing problem

 

like it wont even let me pari the controllers now
