Forza Horizon 3 help

Hey guys I just purchased and downloaded Forza H 3 and I have one minor issue. The game will load the playground games intro as well as the Turn 10 and Microsoft studio intro (mind you in real bad quality) but as soon as Microsoft studio gets off the screen I get a crash back to the desktop. 

 

I have turned off the microphone in settings and reset the game as well as updated my video drivers. What am I missing?? I have just set up my racing sim and I am dying to drive it!

You're dying to drive it! Drive as in get it to run! No? Never mind...

 

Have you verified the game files through Steam? Have you done a Google search for similar issues?

Gane wasn't bought on Steam so I can't verify it. 

Yes I have done searches for people with the same issue but no luck on fixing mine...

Can you reinstall the game to a different drive? Have you tried to restart? Did you try to run the game borderless or windowed?

Can you run the game? As soon as it loads press "Alt + Enter". Let me know if this helps. If it doesn't, check your anti-virus and turn it off before trying again.

So it stayed in windowed but then it got to the same point then went gray and crashed. Ill have a look to see if Norton is crashing it.
