Best budget SSD

I'm getting another SSD as a boot drive for secondary OS's. I'd prefer it be comparable in speeds to my 850 EVO but it doesn't need to be as large (120GB minimum) and I'd like it to be under $70.

My friends computer uses a Adata SP550, he boots in around 20 seconds.

its pretty cheap too.

he uses windows 10.

and he has the 480GB version, I think the 120GB version would be slightly slower.

MX200/MX300? The MX300 doesn't come in a 128GB flavour but it's only a little overbudget for a 275GB MX300 so...
