Sennheiser HD 598 Cs vs M50x?

Looking to buy new headphones and its between these two, which one would you guys recommend?

In my humble opinion. M50x's suck. After owning a pair i sold them. Then i saw this review which basically says everthing about how i feel about them WHICH NO OTHER YOUTUBER/REVIEWER TALKS ABOUT.

 

 

Most youtubers who have covered these don't know anything about headphones. Also don't listen to this guy if he talks about gaming, he isn't a competitve gamer like people who play CS.

This includes Marquess Brownlee who has reviewd them and Jayztwocentz who uses them as his dailydriver.

 

I use AKG702's as my dailys. They are open back and very comfortable with amazing soundstage.

I use my Beyerdynamic DT770's for when i want to feel more isolated as they are closed backs. They also have a deeper bass to them.

DT770 is way better than the M50X, and the pricing is cheaper or the same with m50x in amazon last i checked.

Havent heard the 598CS tho but the normal 598 are great set of headphones..

Look, there is no reason to spend for headphones of that range. The M50x are replaceable for the M40x and the HD598 for the Philips SHP9500.

Investigate more, out there in the market there are awesome equipment but you have to know how to find them.

I cant speak for the M50x's but I do however love my HD598c's. Amazon was running a sale in the US for I believe 150$. IMO a great buy, also a good investment.

It's a great value headphone. More attractive now that the 558 is discontinued.
