corsair 200r fan placement

Patsy

What are people currently running when it comes to air in these cases?
Currently running stock cpu fan on an fx 8320, and the stock case fans (i think just the one at the front?)
What kind of setup should i run for minimal dust,

also i believe my psu is faced down,

PSU face down, as many intake fans as possible. Exhaust fans are what make dust accumulate.

I have mesh side panel and i only have stock front and back fans on it. My PSU is facing down so it doesnt release wearm air into the case. I plan on putting 2 fans on top at some point in my life :D

Well ideally you'll have one at the back of the case

As long as you have more fans for intake than exhaust, you are good. You need one exhaust to keep hot air going somewhere.
