Are these games worth buying

I am  on an  extremely slim budget..also WTF is a steam awards trading card

Get the Game of the Year version of The Witcher 3. It's 599 rupees on Steam and you get two enormous DLCs. Buy the other two games in the trilogy by themselves.

Cards don't matter, you just get them for random stuff, like participating in steam events or purchasing items during a sale. If you get a complete set of cards you can get a badge, or you could just sell them for other people to buy.

The Witcher 3 is a recommended buy for me, really good game!

Yep Witcher 3 with DLCs. Best game for me since Planescape Torment.

Civ5 is also a steal these days.

Farcry ain't worth a thought in my mind.

 

Can't give any reference for the other games you mentioned since I didn't play them.
