Somekind of electrical problem

A few days ago I just moved everything into a new case and today i suddenly started noticing loud electrical noises from my pc, yes some is from my PSU (but its definetly not coil wine its more static/buzzy) but there's something else coming from the motherboard (i think) also the weirdest thing is i can hear an electrical buzz in the USB slot on my black widow keyboard

 

any ideas?
