Hard drive not found?

I've had this hard drive in my computer for 2 years, no problem. A lot of my favorite games were on there and I used it so much. Now, its gone! Nowhere to be found! It was my E drive, but now it just doesnt show up! Look at this screen shot I will provide for proof. I haven't opened my computer up for a very long time, as it's perfect the way it is, in my opinion. Help?

Check do see if its in diskmgmt.msc(type that in run)

 

Get crystal disk info, it probnably bad

 

 

 

Probably a bad drive, get a new one and restore backups.

it doesnt even show up in crystal disk info rip

dead drive, get a new one or rma it. Restore the backups.

my uncle built this pc for me, as i didnt know how at the time. Can I just send it to western digital or do I need to send it in the Original box?

How old is the drive?

about 2-3 years old. That doesnt answer my question, can I just send the hard drive in any box, or do I have to show a receipt of some sort.

Put your serial number here to check the warranty first http://support.wdc.com/warranty/warrantystatus.aspx?lang=en

you can use any box, don't need a recept, just a old drive.
