How do I know if my PC is thermal throttling?

Hello everybody,

 

So the other day I was trying out different settings on Arma III to get it to run @ 60 FPS.

 

After some playing around with sliders and settings, I got a decent 60-75.

 

So I started playing, but about 30 minutes in,(on the same map,location,players,guns) my PC started staying at a peasant 24-30 FPS.

 

And so I was wondering, what the problem is. Could it be thermal throttling? My CPU was at about 60-70 degrees and same for the GPU. These aren't bad temps,right?

Watch the CPU and GPU clocks, if they're going down while temps are high that's thermal throttling.

those temps are normal it must be something else that is effecting your preformance
