If you can wait, you should; now more than ever. At least until more Zen CPU specifications and prices are revealed. We know AMD has extremely high-performance CPUs, even beating an Intel Core i7 6900k core-for-core; we just don't know what they'll cost, or if there are other cut-down variants (4-core 8-thread, 4-core, 2-core 4-thread).

I doubt there has ever been a better time to wait.

Don't think any new low-mid tier components coming soon, it's mostly high end.

hey guys. im planing to build my first PC for a budget around 650 to 750$.

i was wondering to buy it now or just wait for 2017?

i already have a list that i want to buy but still thinking about the GPU.

No reason to wait, Kaby Lake isn't really an upgrade and Zen is only coming to the high-end first.

Instead build a great computer today.

Is is the 3Gb or 6Gb version of the 1060? If 6GB, 1060 is fine. If 3Gb, g4 GB 480 is defiantly better (Or 6GB). As for the PSU, I wouldn't touch it. 500W is more than enough, but the brand is very questionable. I have never heard the name, and cant find much online. I wouldn't touch it unless you want to risk your entire PC (Or your own safety for that matter).

400W is enough for a 1060, but it wouldn't be a bad idea to push for 450W-500W for future dependability (400W should still be fine, just less efficient with anything more powerful). Most PSUs from seasonic are ok, as are EVGA or Corshair, but still list name before you buy (Some I said, not all). Could you link the store you are buying from as well as your budget for a PSU so I can get an idea of what is available within your price range.

I thought advised you to wait.

The Core i5 6500 is fine, but it's almost evident that better, cheaper CPUs are on the horizon.

Its a bit hard for me to use their site and compare prices, but I think I have found 2 that should be ok. The is the Seasonic  520W S12II-520 which is slightly over budget (I think) but I would defiantly recommend trying to push for it if possible as this will last for some time, or the EVGA 500W which is enough for now, but you will probably need to upgrade again in a few years.
