Look at this:

Other than that, you can go on ebay. Don't go for parts, go for used business systems from HP/Dell. You can get these with a LGA775 based quadcore cpu for <75usd. You might even get a sandy bridge systems for that money, if you are lucky and the case is trashed.

Then you should go with a used HD7750 or better GTX 750(Ti). It's important, to get a card without a pci powerplug, since most of those systems won't have any plugs.

Last bit of advice: Be patient. If it isn't a good deal, don't buy it. Ebay gets crazy sometimes. But it's pretty fun to build some cheap pc.

edit:

@masterkickass7Damn, too slow! But we've had the same idea :)

total: $170.5(without shipping)

this will do decently in most titles, iv use a Q6600 and a GTX 660 and that wasent bad, it did pretty good tbh. if you need it a bit cheaper just get a GTX 660 instead of GTX 660TI and you could also get a cheper motherboard, this was just one i trusted more then the BIOSTAR and Intel ones. you may also see the lack of a case, thats because you can almost always get one for like $1 in the US(from what i hear) or you can use a cardboard box, which is totaly acceptable. another solution for the case situation would be a wooden plank but those arent free.
