What capacity are you looking for?

What you're looking for is standard height and not necessarily low profile. 

Just get a kit without unnecessarily tall heatsinks.

Aside aesthetics there won't be much difference between a ram with heatsinks and one without, I use a ddr4 2133mhz Corsair value ram and the real world performance is great at a very low cost I paid like 60US$ on the 8gb stick.
