Is A 750W PSU Good Enough For 2 Titan X Pascals?

Hi I'm thinking about adding a 2nd Titan X Pascal to my rig for mass overkill :) i currently have a Corsair RM750i PSU And Wondered If I'd Have To replace it for an extra Titan, My rig has a 6700K too for extra info and PC partpicker estimates with my whole rig ill be pulling around 740W

MAIN RIG:

GPU: Asus ROG Strix 2080Ti 

CPU: i7 9700K

Mobo: Asus ROG Strix Z390-F

Ram: 16GB Corsair Vengeance RGB DDR4 3200MHZ

CPU Cooler: Corsair H100x RGB

SSD: Samsung 860 EVO 500GB

SSD 2: SanDisk Ultra 2 240GB

Case: Coolermaster Masterbox 530P

PSU: Corsair RM650x

Monitor: Asus ROG PG278Q

Keyboard: Razer Blackwidow Ultimate Stealth 2016

If you have enough for two Titan XP's, you should get yourself an EVGA 750W P2.

I Agree I Think 1000W Is The Most you need unless your making something like 7 Gamers 1 CPU (Technically 2) then you need higher

People who have 3-4 Gpus can use a 1000W But I agree a 1000W is extremely high for general systems and high end gaming pcs

I draw over 800 with 2 cards. Not taking the chance on some 850 corsair blow dryer. Most just talk because they parrot whats on a video. Also its about the efficiency rating at certain use, not how many watts it has.

The efficiency rating has nothing to do with how much power a psu can deliver. 

A 750w psu will deliver 750w regardless of the efficiency. 

If you're measuring over 800w from the wall, keep in mind that is after taking in efficiency. At 80% efficiency, 800w from the wall means 640w from the psu.

Didn't say it has any thing to do with how much it can deliver. Getting a psu that's too large isn't a bad thing if it's efficient at the level of use you are at. There are a lot of assumption when specifics are lacking. Which is why people generalize it all.

Very few people run their systems at 100% load most of the time. Psus that are too large are rarely as efficient as they can be since systems are much more often at 30-40% load. With the usual psu efficiency curve being biased towards the higher end, a psu that's barely big enough is likely more efficient for the average user.

My reasoning for a higherpiwer psu, mainly the fan, a weaker psu was louder. Having a custom put makes the psu the loudest thing in the system. Then the heat output was rediculous. Rather have a 1k, cooler and quiter. Also degradation. The psu is always the oldest piece in my rig, next being the case. I'd rather have more head room then barely getting by from the start.

I personally replace the fan in my psu with noctuas for my personal rig. 

There are psus with extremely quiet fans like those from BeQuiet! but they're among the few. Very quiet fans in psus aren't nearly as popular as Fanless or semi-fanless psus for some reason.

That's what I've noticed. The fan seems to be on its way out. Now it only has a single 1080fe so it doesn't see much load. Have my two Titan blacks on some 850 watt now, the whole thing is a hot box but the "700" kept shutting down with a single card on it. Run them till something dies I gies.
