What country are we talking here? USA? 

Do you only need a PC? 

Are there any parts you can recycle from another PC?

 

What do you mean by run? 720p? 1080p?

Do you want ultra settings (which obviously won't be happening), or how well do you want it to run?

low settings is okay with me . i live in Pakistan . no i can not recycle anything from my previous pc . am2 socket mother board , nvidia gt 220 , Amd Athlon 64X2 4800+ 2.5 ghz 2.5 gb ram

Not sure about the availability of parts in Pakistan, but you could find an old prebuilt PC (<5 years old) and slot something like a 1050 TI in it, if you can find one.

I would advise against shipping used items internationally, you have to factor in shipping costs and you're not sure what you're going to end up with. Can't you find old prebuilts locally?

Not sure where you live but, there's this shop in Karachi http://www.czone.com.pk/ that sells pc hardware, you should go check them out, they have used prebuilt PC's and 1050TI's.

Well that should be easy then, just make sure the included power supply has at least 300W, if you go the prebuilt route that is. Good luck

i will go prebuilt , later i can customize it

 Is this good ? it would be 150 $ and i can use the rest for graphics

BUT it is a mini tower

This looks decent enough... skylake cpu but you'll have to get a low profile card for it if you add in one later

could also get an i5 6500 later also... it's not a z170 chipset so won't be any point buying k versions of the skylake cpus

That's a k version of a processor... just means the multiplier is unlocked and you can over clock it
