Just Cause 3 Minimum Requirements

CPU:Intel Core i5-2500k, 3.3GHz / AMD Phenom II X6 1075T 3GHz

Video Card:NVIDIA GeForce GTX 670 (2GB) / AMD Radeon HD 7870 (2GB)

You'll have to upgrade CPU, motherboard and GPU.

If you bought it on steam i would try to get a refund and rebuy the game later when the PC is upgraded. Or refund and get Just Cause 2.

Just Cause 2 Minimum Requirements

Dual-core CPU with SSE3 (Athlon 64 X2 4200 / Pentium D 3GHz)

Video Card:DX10 compatible graphics card with 256 MB of memory (Nvidia GeForce 8800 series/ ATI Radeon HD 2600 Pro)

a non APU CPU would be good.

and a dedicated graphics card is pretty much a must.

have a look at:

CPU: Pentium G4400 / Core i3 6100

GPU: RX 460 / GTX1050

Nope, your system has no upgrade path.

You'll need a new CPU, Motherboard, GPU, RAM and PSU depending on GPU.

flick us the name of the motherboard. as long as it has a LGA1151 socket you should be good. a CPU upgrade that would be quite good would be to get the i3-6100 instead of the pentium g4400
