I have a two monitor setup and just recently when I switched from an HDMI cable on my main monitor to a DVI cable it started to glitch and cut out every few seconds on both screens, horizontally. It does not matter what I am doing, could be gaming, movies or just sitting idle on my desktop.  Video card drivers are up to date as well as windows and have restarted my computer a few times but it still happens.  Sometimes it stops and then starts again later.  Any ideas on what it is and how to fix it?  Thanks!

Wait sorry, its a display port not dvi.  Monitor "A" went from HDMI to Display Port and monitor "B" is DVI from the computer to HDMI in the monitor.  And yes very weird how it is both monitors.  I know it is not my overclock because it was stable long before I switched cards.  I will probably change back my cord just to see what it does and if that doesn't help make sure there is no new updates out for the drivers and if not switch out my video card to my older one and see what it does.
