Wireless theater headphones?

Are there any manufacturers out there that make an expandable wireless headphone system?  Looking for something that can do like 1 base unit and 2 to 4 pairs of wireless headphones that can be hooked up and used to watch TV privately.  Preferably it would be very simple to operate and wouldn't require changing outputs ect.  Simply mute the TV and turn on the headphones.

There's something cool here - you just can't see it.
