You'd probably notice the difference, but I doubt it would be drastic. Save your money unless there's a problem with the card or you decide to upgrade your headphones.

The fiio E10 is miles better than any sound card on the market. If you plan on buying better headphones in the future, I would pick one up.

This. It is worth the investment as I believe the E10 is probably around double the price. External device > internal card.

Anyone here that upgraded from similar hardware to fiio e10?

I have the DG. Drivers for internal sound cards are a pain and the E10 is pretty much better in every way possible. I guess the only draw back is you would have to plug your 3.5mm microphone to your onboard sound but that barely hurts your setup. My DG had bad EMI too and nothing helped except switching to an external solution. pizza.gg internal sound cards no re xDDD

Enjoy those tacos now, for in 1000 years they will be illegal... eh Ha Ha Ha! I think we all know why.

Along with what everyone else is saying, the E10 is worth it buy only if you're set on buying a sound card regardless of our suggestions. Onboard should be fine unless you have a lot of static.

He already has the soundcard. Upgrading to an E10 isn't some huge improvement as much as we might want it to be.

Convenience can be worth it too if the drivers cause frustration or the card has bad EMI. The only thing I liked from Asus soundcards was the equalizer you could set in the software.
