Sure, there's the Phanteks (literally all of them work well), Corsair 400 series, Thermaltake Core V21 was fun for me, H440, so on and so forth.

 

Perhaps give us some details of the parts you plan on using to narrow the options down.

H440 is alright, worse airflow though

Most of the Thermaltake cases, though I'm not a fan of how they run their business

Phanteks and Corsair have a lot of good ones in your budget. (P400, for example)

Don't put $100 of dollars of watercooling gear in a budget box. It will always feel like rims on a crap box.
