server cpu's do not have igpu, but they do support gpus. Many people use X99 for the extra lanes.

some server motherboards are E-ATX and will not fit in a mid tower case. Server motherboards do support GPU.

They must support a GPU in order for the user to interact with the system. Some motherboards will come with some basic GPU of sorts on the PCB itself for very basic purposes.
