If it doesn't have a fan, it probably cant output 500 Watts unless it is 80+ gold or above. it would generate too much heat.

if it lies about the output rating, it cant be good.

Definitely wanna upgrade. Check out the PSU tier list in my signature and grab something at least tier 3.
