I need help with windows restore crashing

Hello! I have a problem..so i wanted to restore my pc (windows 10) I let it do its thing over night and when I woke up it was at the"let's get a few basic details" or something like that asking for my country, keyboard lay out and time zone..once I enter it all and hit "next" it will go on to the wifi setup but after that it just crashes and reboots my pc and brings me back to the first step?? I've tried restoring again and I get the same thing.. any ideas? Thanks?

Update 1- about to try a memtest86 to see if it's my ram.

You may want to try running MemTest86 to see if you have a RAM issue. Does it show you a bluescreen? If so, take a picture of the error codes and messages for us.

I'm trying to do a clean reinstall like from day 1

You really need to do a memtest on the system to rule out memory.
