Has someone had experience with a chromebook?

Hi all,

I'm thinking of buying a Chromebook so that I could do some of my homework on the go and not use the computers at my school because they are always full. Are chromebooks worth it or should I save more money for a windows laptop? Also what laptop do you think I should get? BUDGET= 400CAD

they cant print.

get proper windows. chrome is honestly imo a joke
