LG flatron M1962D not turning on

Clubconsoles

Hi.

I turned on my LG TV today and for some reason it won't turn on. The light flashes to say it's turning on and then it goes solid and does nothing. For some reason every 20-30 seconds it flashes for 5-10 seconds. Could some one help me with this.

Thanks.

Try unplugging it from the wall, leave it a few minutes (to drain the capacitors) then plug back in and try again.

If nothing, sound like its busted

Have you had any resent brown/black outs or power surges recently?

If the TV plugged into a surge protector/extension cord or straight into the wall?
