Confusing windows activation

Straight to the point 10 days ago I started getting this pop up "Windows could not be activated" I've been on google for the past week now and I've found nothing I can get my head around so I came to see if I could get some help.

 

I'll be lurking around waiting to see if anyone could help me with this, many thanks!

Might sound weird but if you can, tether your phone via USB to the desktop so you can share your 3G/4G connection.

Take out the ethernet cable that's connceted so you are sure it uses the internet from your phone and try to activate again.

Sadly my phone doesn't have 3G/4G
