Anybody can get different results from overclocking. 4.5 GHz is achievable for most (unless you're me and your 4670k is a really terrible overclocker but hey) but you may get less or more.

 

For upgrading those PSUs will still be fine but a 520W Seasonic S12 is a bit more and should give you more future headroom if that's what concerns you.

Wondering how you know exactly what clock speed you'll hit on the super high-variance 4670k without even having overclocked it yet o.O

 

Nonetheless, your system will never draw more than 200W under load so you're certainly not going to need a 600W unit anytime soon. A Corsair CX450M or Seasonic S12 will do fine.
