RX 480 4gb on a 500w GOLD PSU?

Will be mining a rx 480 4gb sapphire on a 500W gold PSU with good reviuew, so 100% load always

 

Here's the PSU, it got a pretty ok review from testers.

The rest of the system is a i5 4460 on a asus h81m-k , 1 hdd, 8gb ram, 2 fans.

 

Getting 30% off on the PSU so I'd rather not spend more on more wattage if it's not neccesary, this one has all the protectiosn in case something happens.

 

Will the PSU be OK longterm mining?

500W is plenty, Haven't heard of the unit, however. It appears to be Chinese so I'd probably ditch it and get a higher quality unit. Look at the PSU tier list in my signature and choose something at least tier 4.

Nah mate I meant if a 500W PSU from your tier 4 list would be enough for 24/7 mining

RX480s don't get that hot nor draw a lot of power so I'd say an older CXM would be totally fine for your system. I mean, if you want you can go tier 3 and have no problems ever, but I think you're OK to save some cash.

Aight so wattage wise I'm all good if I go with 500, thanks for your help
