Asus pg348q rma question

I bought a slightly used pg348q Asus monitor from eBay to be perfectly working, aside from bad coloring... Everything else is perfect.

 

Should I RMA to Asus or try to get a refund?

Is Asus really that scary with monitor RMAs?...

I spent a lot on this monitor, and just want a good one.

Have you tweak the colors in the menu?

Yes, fixing it isn't an option. Colors are badly washed out no matter what settings. I used an ICC and nvidia control panel, and colors look awful. Hell, my MX279H looks better

well you can. not sure if they accept second hand product. not sure.
