Intel DZ77SL-50K Displays No Video, Worked Fine This Morning

None of my other components are bad - they all ran Windows 10 just fine for a few days, and then I went to the BIOS to fix a little quirk, and turned off Legacy Boot and USB booting, and now it displays no video... just like when I built it (only that time it was the GPU's fault - this problem I am experiencing now happens GPU or not, even after CMOS resets and the like).  Any suggestions?
