Its alright, I would get more capacity hdd's and a bigger ssd. 120GB ssd is bare minimum, you need atleast a 240gb ssd.

I already have a 120Gb and really just need something to replace my CPU. Might wait for Kaby Lake though

yeah get that mobo you have originally. this one might be too much for you. i don't see any problem though if you want there are Corsair Vengeance LED with black color and blue LED on it for bit more

Get a Z68, Z77, P67 board and a 2600K for around 200-250.
