I need help

My keyboard and mouse is not working. Everythibg else, speakers and mic are working but my mouse and keyboard won't work. It was good till yesterday but I don't know what happened but it suddenly doesn't  work. I'm on my phone typing this btw. It is a desktop and keyboard is wired but mouse is wireless. Windows 10

Are those USB? - Do any other USB devices work/not work.

Yes. They are all usb. And one more thing. The desktop wouldn't shut off. The monitor says no input found but the desktop itself is still lighting and I see all the fans still going. I don't know why.
