Can get a cheaper motherboard if you're willing to go micro atx.
Could also get one of those 20-30$ "value" cases.

Hello i was wondering how can i make this cheaper: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/pD4jBP  what could i change to make it cheaper without it changing the fps/quality of games too much

@DocBrown if you want it cheaper, and want new parts, then use other ram. you can get 16gb much ceaper, no fancy ram with heatspreaders, there is much avaliable on the internet. if you want it even cheaper go for used parts, i can not give you a parts list, because i dont know whats avaliable in your region.

i hope i could help you.

You buy a single 8gb stick since 8gb is still enough for the great majority of games and then buy the second 8gb stick later when you get more spare money, just remember to buy the same brand/speed stick, also heatsink in ram barely makes a difference, a Crucial or Kingston value ram might be better option.

Apart from that I believe only a cheaper case would make a difference.... I think an Asus h110m could be slightly cheaper motherboard with keeping the same performance but perhaps nothing that'd make much difference?

Get 8GB of RAM (almost all games are fine with 8GB, you don't get any extra frames from the extra RAM).

Get a cheaper case, maybe something like the corsair SPEC line.

i would do just aqdd 4 gb when u need it, 12 will do just fine, and for a quick 20 bucks, its good, then if u need 16 just add another 4 gb or 8 gb  for 20 gb of ram
