Portable Amp/DAC Combo Under 200

Hey Everyone, 

 

Should I opt for a FiiO portable amp dac combo for on-the-go purposes or are there other better solutions for this under $200? I'm thinking of getting an amp/dac for my Beyerdynamic iDX 200 IE. 

 

Nominal Impedance: 35 ohms

Sensitivity 106dB

Cable Length 1.3m 

Connector 3.5mm

 

My phone can't power these earbuds properly so I need an amp/dac combo on the go. The computer seems fine. It might have something to do with the phone not being able to produce enough voltage I'm guessing?

Fiio A5? You should go to a store and try all of the dac/amp you want

I'm not sure our stores locally have them here. At least not that I know of. 

 

How does the FiiO A5 compare to the FiiO E17K Alpen 2? I know like next to nothing about these.
