I can't change the RGB illumination on my G502

themctipers
Go to solution Solved by NumLock21,

You got the traditional one, the non RGB. That color picture is just the heat map for button presses

Proteus Core = Non RGB. Proteus Spectrum = RGB

So a few hours ago I just got my G502 and I have plugged it into a proper usb 2.0 port. I have also installed the Logitech Gaming Software (8.88) and I have configured my mouse. However, there's one thing missing that I want to be able to configure. It is the RGB part of the mouse. On their website it lists the G502 compatable with their RGB controls and its own product page says its RGB. However, I cannot see the part inside the utility where it would allow me to change the lighting. There's only a brightness and a 'breathing effect'.

How do I change the lightning colour?

Ryzen 5 3600 stock | 2x16GB C13 3200MHz (AFR) | GTX 760 (Sold the VII)| ASUS Prime X570-P | 6TB WD Gold (128MB Cache, 2017)

Samsung 850 EVO 240 GB

138 is a good number.

Is your mouse RGB? There is a RGB and Non-RGB version of the G502. Probably I would look a tutorial, sorry if I didn't help, I'm not that much in PC gaming YET

Location: America's Hat. No wonder it cost that much. :P

Move down South where it's a lot cheaper. RGB cost less than non RGB.
