K70 Lux RGB software issue

im trying for hours to figure out how to make the software to detect my keyboard.. i tried so many methods but nothing works, i tried playing with the bios switch or pulling off the usb and putting it in to the usb port again.. i copyed so many "solutions" it just kinda makes me regret buying it lol.. do you guys have any idea on what i should do to fix it?
