I'm guessing you mean $140 US... So that fits the GTX 1050 and the RX 460. Either will be fine and your power supply is fine.

For 140 USD you can get a 1050ti instead of a 1050. Better performance and 2x the VRAM.

I would personally save up just a tad more or borrow some money and get the MSI RX 470; considerably more performance than the 1050 and there is one on sale at newegg.

Agreed. It still pisses me off that not even the reference RX 470 is availible anywhere near the MSRP of $149!!
