You you use the Intel CPU stock cooler. What is your total budget? What is the computer going to be for? What Monitor/s? Can you stretch for a 1060?

I don't think the retail cpu comes with a stock cooler atleast for the 6600k also I have an elitedisplay e241i I believe and might get a second one

Might want to change the PSU to 700W or more with the Fury.

650W gold with i5-6500 is plenty for a Fury

Can't the Fury pull about 400W with an OC and full load?

400W!? no...the rated TDP is 275W so it will pull around 300W tops...maybe 325 if you're really pushing it...CPU is 90W...leave you about 230W to play with...PSU is good enough.

So I've heard about the fury what a power hungry card

it is but it's a fair bit faster than the RX 480...if you care so much about efficiency then i would recommend you swap that RX 480 for a GTX 1060 6GB which is faster, cost about the same, has a shit load of extra features and is much more energy efficient. either way you look at it the RX 480 is a bad choice.

A beast in performance and your wallet cometh the electric bill

do you even math bro!? how much do you think an extra 80W on your PC that you'll use to game a couple hours a day will end up costing you at the end of the year...go ahead.

Hard Disk: Samsung SSD 840 EVO (750GB)

Wouldn't a 1070 be better than a fury?

+$50 and get +30% performance?

It also pushes less heat and uses less power.
